Delivery of your gift voucher
There is no cost for postage or packing. The delivery of your voucher is available to the UK mainland. All vouchers are sent first class post unless recorded delivery is booked and paid for.
E-tickets
Where available, E-tickets will be automatically sent to the customer email address on receipt of the order. E-tickets are subject to the same terms and conditions, with these additions:
- That no paper based voucher will be issued to the recipient of the voucher
- That the E-ticket should be printed and taken to the experience as proof of booking.
Validity
All gift vouchers are strictly valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please note that no validity extensions are available out with this time. Promotional vouchers may have different validity dates and in all cases must be registered with Exhilarate Scotland. Please check before purchase.
Event descriptions
The descriptions of the events we offer are kept up to date. We work hard to keep the information up to date but can not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions. The images used on this website may not exactly match the vehicles that you will use, as these can frequently change.
Event location
Unless otherwise stated, all events will start and finish at Lochearnead, Perthshire. Specified tour routes may be changed at last minute and without prior warning (due to diversions and/or environmental conditions).
Event duration
Every session length can vary and the times we have on this site are approximate, however we aim to make the event last for the duration specified. Usually, there will be other people on the experience with you and there may be some waiting time required.
Restrictions
All drivers must hold a valid full UK Driving license. If you have not driven on public roads for some time then we recommend contacting us prior to purchase.
All drivers must be of the age 19 years or older, for insurance purposes. Some of our vehicles have restrictions, such as height, weight or level of health. We again recommend contacting us prior to purchasing should you have any concerns.
We don’t consider those with disabilities to be any different from others, however for practical reasons these events may not be appropriate
Safety
By partaking in the experiences promoted and sold by Exhilarate Scotland you may be placed at some personal risk. You may asked to sign a risk waver or personal liability form on the day. Full safety information is provided and safety equipment is provided as required. Please note that Exhilarate Scotland is not liable for any event or incident that may happen as a result of your participation on the event. We would ask that you read the liability or safety information provided on the day and listen to any safety briefing given.
Weather
Sometimes events have to be postponed due to the weather. If you have any concerns then we would advise that you contact us on the day of your experience to confirm that the experience will not be affected by the weather.
Cancellation
Due to the nature of these events, cancellations may be made by Exhilarate Scotland at very short notice (due to weather or mechanical issues) and we will do our upmost to contact you in this instance. We recommend that all customer contact us on the morning of the event to confirm it is going ahead as planned. Exhilarate Scotland are not able to reimburse you for travel or accommodation expenses if an event is cancelled.
In the event that an experience is cancelled you will be offered an alternative date. We regret that we cannot offer refunds in this instance.
Activation
By activating your voucher you agree to be bound to the experience your voucher relates to. Were the voucher is less than 14 days old, you agree to waiver any right of refund or exchange.
